Welcome to Smålandsgården  

Our menu is a tribute to the landscapes of Småland. Here, food is prepared with care, based on fresh seasonal ingredients from local farms. We want every meal to be more than just food – a taste experience that awakens the feeling of summer and creates new holiday memories. In the meeting of beautiful nature, good food, and warm community, we hope you will feel at home. 

Our suppliers  

At Smålandsgården, we are proud to collaborate with local farmers and food artisans. Through them, we gain access to ingredients that simply taste better – and which are produced with care. 

We buy meat from Bosons Gård, Lupiners Gård, Visingsögrisen, and Adelövs Gård, vegetables from Ravelsmarks Gård, eggs from Bröderna Hyltbring, dairy products from Strands Gård, ice cream from Grenna Glass, cheese from Brostorps Gård, as well as honey, chanterelles, and wild garlic from Wernerssons. Our beer comes from Nääs Gård, Röttle Mejeri, and Åbro. Our juice and white currant beverage come from Rudenstams and Must taste. 

As soon as we find new great products in our local area, we buy them. If we cannot get local products, we choose Swedish first, then from our neighboring countries – and as a third choice, from Europe. A few ingredients, such as coffee, come from countries outside Europe. 

We take pride in highlighting these entrepreneurs, whose work makes our menu possible.

The menu varies depending on the season, but you can always find a range of options to suit most tastes. We are fully licensed for those who wish to enjoy wine/beer with their meal.

Our Pizzas – A Journey of Flavour to Naples 

Our pizzas are baked with dough made according to Neapolitan tradition – long-fermented sourdough, airy and easy to love. They are baked at up to about 450 degrees in our wood-fired stone oven in the restaurant or in the kitchen’s stone oven, resulting in a perfectly baked pizza in just a few minutes. With carefully selected ingredients from Sweden and Italy, we create pizzas with both soul and flavour – from the classic to the creative, always with love for the craft. 

Of the pizzas below, Margherita and Bianco vegetariana can be made as a vegan alternative. Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free pizzas.
